Single Point of Settlement

EFD provides settlement services encompassing funds movement, end-of-day reports, posting activity and settlement reports. Settlement for national and regional network transactions is accomplished in accordance with the individual network rules. All national networks and some regional networks settle with us for all their issuers processed by us. In turn, we settle with financial institutions via an entry through the Federal Reserve. We provide a single settlement total and single ACH entry for the next business day posting.

We also provides a Continuous Financial Settlement feature that ensures organizations have the management tools needed to see deep inside operations and monitor business activity throughout the day. New features include Auto Reconciliation, Fee Billing, Management Statistical Reporting and Data Export functions.
